Open msihrsummit.com/app in Safari (this must be Safari, not Chrome or another browser).
Tap the Share icon in the toolbar, the square with an arrow pointing up. Don't see it? Tap the ••• (More) button in the toolbar first, then tap Share from there.
Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
If you see an Open as Web App toggle, leave it on, that's what makes it launch full-screen like an app instead of opening inside Safari.
